Having worked on political campaigns and in government, at foundations, at information technology companies and for a Big 6 management firm, Earl is uniquely suited to lead Advocacy Data’s operations and exceed customer expectations.
Prior to joining Advocacy Data, Earl led product creation and client management efforts for two software companies. Most recently, while at Overture Technologies, he led the effort to design a groundbreaking product that would bring significant innovation to the $22 billion private student loan market.
At the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Earl was responsible for the operations and data integrity of their grantmaking systems. His team consistently delivered 90 percent-plus on-time and accurate grant processing in a high-volume environment.
While at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Earl managed rural development, interagency and interdepartmental initiatives including InfoShare – a Reinventing Government Information Systems initiative.
And while serving as a consultant at KPMG, Earl developed and implemented strategic process re-engineering effort for the United States Postal Service.
Earl got his start as a political organizer for the Clinton-Gore campaign.
Earl received his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith Business School and a Bachelor of Science with a major in business management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of New Orleans.
